The Domaine de Tournamy

The entrance to the Domaine de Tournamy is at the start of Chemin des Peyroues, at the corner with the Traverse des Peyroues. The estate is particularly sought after for its proximity on foot to all the amenities of the Tournamy area, while being on a hill set back from road traffic.

Amenities available in Tournamy include a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent/bookshop, several wine merchants, a fishmonger, several hairdressers, a chocolatier, various bars/restaurants, a laundry, a paddle club, the media library, a children's playground etc. - sufficient to ensure you don’t need to use your car every day! It is also possible (with a small climb on the outward journey) to go to the old village of Mougins, where art and gastronomy are in the spotlight.

In addition to all these existing shops/facilities, the brand new Cœur de Mougins will also be right next door with its cinema, new stores, restaurants and many other businesses that will open in 2023. And for your walks in the open air, a large 6,000m² park, known as Poumon Vert, will also see the light of day around this summer opposite the Cœur de Mougins, at the very beginning of the Chemin des Peyroues.

Finally from a transport point of view, you have a bus stop 150m² from the entrance to the estate to go to Cannes, Grasse or Valbonne, while access to the Cannes-Grasse expressway is 5 minutes away by car.

As you will have understood from the above, the Domaine de Tournamy will satisfy the whole family!

The estate is made up of around forty houses, the majority of which are reached by the two interior roads, Avenue Frédéric Mistral and Avenue Alphonse Daudet, but some 5/6 houses are part of the estate while having their access directly on the Chemin des Peyroues.

The estate is managed by an ASL (Association Syndical Libre) with a professional syndic, and benefits from the “Voisins Vigilants” system, which provides additional security.

Many of the houses are main residences, often with their original owners, hence the lack of regular sales in the area. While mostly built in the 1970s, some houses are more recent. The plots of land are on average around 1500m², except for the old stone farmhouse in the center of the estate, which is over 3000m².
