Built in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Hauts du Golf forms a luxury residence located in the Saint Basile sector in Mougins.
It is in an ideal location being next to the Clinique de l'Esperance, 100 meters walk from the Devens School, 950 meters from Mougins School and at the gates of Sophia Antipolis.
The condominium extends over an area of nearly 5 hectares, and is made up of 4 hamlets: Les Oliviers, Les Lauriers, Les Pins and les Mimosas, as well as a semi-Olympic swimming pool, two tennis courts, a pétanque, and \"a leisure center\" where general meetings are held under the control of a professional management company. There are around 150 accommodation units divided into small buildings with a maximum of two floors (most of which do not have a lift), as well as small villas. In terms of parking, the peculiarity of the residence is that there are no garages, only uncovered outdoor parking and carports.
The studios to 4-bedroomed apartments open onto gardens or terraces. The mainly 2 or 3-bedroomed room houses are between 60 and 80m² (loi Carez) but they generally have mezzanines whose surfaces don’t entirely count in the official living area because the height is less than 1.80m over a large part.
The residence is closed and guarded. Originally, used as holiday homes, it was frequented mainly by foreigners, but today this is no longer the case with many properties occupied by people working at the Clinique de l'Esperance or Sophia Antipolis.
